The planning and development department of Med Services Industrial targets to track urban and spatial changes to participate in defining the policies of spatial planning and development of the city.
To do this, it gets involved in the observation and analysis of demographic, economic and social data in order to engage prospective and strategic thinking and to elaborate proposals for the actions to be taken for the spatial planning.
It defines also guidelines for urban policies and elaborate point projects throughout the different scales of the study process.
